This week's Better Than You features Magax. Below is his challenge statement.
"You think these Petpets are cute, don't you. *sigh* I'm not going to bother telling you why you need to bop them. If you aren't quick, you'll find out soon enough. Of course, the world might end shortly after that, but that's not my fault, is it?"
To beat him you must get 1,215 points in Ghost Bopper.
Prize is Spooky Rubber Axe for the 500 winners. Additionally, you get a Gold Trophy and 20,000 Neopoints if you are one of the first 10, Silver Trophy and 10,000 Neopoints if you are between the 11th and 50th, and a Bronze Trophy and 3,000 Neopoints if you are between 51st and 500th.
Good Luck to all and remember to comment and share your tips on this game to help other readers out.

The Faeries Ruin Plot - Part 5: The Battle of Brightvale
Updated October 22, 2010 @ 1pm NST - Addd caps for last set of enemies
Updated October 21, 2010 @ 8pm NST - Added Task 2 info
Updated October 21, 2010 @ 5pm NST - Added last set of enemies for this part and Task 1 info
Updated October 21, 2010 @ 2pm NST - Added caps for 2nd set of enemies
The fifth part of The Faeries Ruin Plot is another Battledome step. I love the Battledome steps, although I can sympathize with those that do not train for the battledome and feel left out unable to max out their points to the cap on these steps. That happened to me in early Neopets wars, but I have been around Neopets long enough to learn to train up one pet at least some for these sort of times.
There are 6 different enemies for this step, although as of this posting only 4 have been released. The first two that were released were Shadow Spectre Minion (cap of 50 kills towards plot points) and Shadow Spectre Destroyer (cap of 40 kills towards plot points). The second two that were released were Shadow Spectre Brute (cap of 50 kills towards plot points) and Shadow Spectre Conqueror (cap of 30 kills towards plot points). The third set of two enemies released were Shadow Spectre Fury (cap of 50 kills towards plot points) and Shadow Spectre Zealot (cap 20 kills towards plot points).
Task 1: The Welcoming Committee - These new spectres got what's coming to them.
I got this when I first beat the hardest enemy. I had not yet fought the fifth guy, so you do not have to fight everyone to get it.
Task 2: Six Up, Six Down - Queue up, please! We haven't got all day.
Get this by beating one of each of the enemies in order from top to bottom as they appear in the Battledome. This takes some time as you have to wait for the waves to finish and the next two to appear and if you miss a set you have to wait for them to come along again to continue your sequence.
Task 3: Well-Rounded - Caution is normal, so don't jump to fierce conclusions.
This awarded for using the four main styles of attack (Fierce, Cautious, Jump and Attack, and Normal) from the drop down menu in one battle. You can just select the attack and no weapon to keep the battle going long enough to use them if you normally win faster like me.
Other Parts of the Plot:
Part 1: The Artefact Thief
Part 2: Nox's Lock
Part 3: Into the Fray
Part 4: Shhhhhhh!

The Faeries Ruin Plot - Part 4: Shhhhhhh!
Part 4 of the Faeries Ruin Plot was released with Chapter 7. In this part of the plot you have to put books in order on bookshelves and toss away books that do not belong on your bookshelf to the room they belong. The books go in order in different ways based on the numbers, shape, colors, etc. based on the category. The category is based on the symbol on top. Check out this guide for info on what order to put the books based on the category you have (the categories change per player and per time you do the puzzle).
Task 1: They're Flying Off the Shelves! - Go home, book! Are you too good for your home?!
This achievement is for putting all the books that do not belong on your bookshelf in the room it belongs to the left or right of your bookshelf.
Task 2: Son, I Am Disappoint - You literally could not be any more wrong.
You get this achievement if you have no books in the right place when you ring the bell to have them checked.
Task 3: First Time's the Charm - You blinded him with library science.
This achievement is for getting the books all in the right place the first time you try on fresh puzzle.
Other Parts of the Plot:
Part 1: The Artefact Thief
Part 2: Nox's Lock
Part 3: Into the Fray

The Faeries Ruin Plot - Part 3: Into the Fray
Note: This part of the plot is over and you cannot go back and do it at least at the time of this posting. I am just catching up and posting for a more complete look back at the plot later.
The third part of the Faeries Ruin Plot was a battledome part. I love the battledome plots and am happy to still have my pet with decent weapons to do fine at least with the puny guys in this wave.
There were three different enemies in this part of the plot. The easiest was the Shadow Wraith Minion, which you could beat up to 50 times to count towards your plot points, although you could keep beating him for fun and to get the wave prizes. The next hardest guy was the Shadow Wraith Brute, which had a cap of 40 for counting towards your plot points. The hardest in Part 3 of the plot was the Shadow Wraith Fury, which had a plot point cap of 30.
Task 1: A Winner Is You! - Good, you managed to avoid stabbing yourself. Now get back into the fight!
This was given for beating your first Shadow Wraith Minion.
Task 2: Stand Your Ground - A good defense is the best... defense.
This was awarded for using defend as your stance three times in a row while battling any of the Shadow Wraith.
Task 3: Five of a Kind - If this keeps up, we'll win this battle in no time.
This was achieved by beating five of each of the Shadow Wraith types.

Better Than You: Biscuit Brigade Hagan's Last Stand
This week's Better Than You features Captain Xelqued. Below is his challenge statement.
"I knew becoming penpals with a future king would come in handy... Now I can have all the biscuits I want! Hagan did ask me to tinker with his clockwork siege towers a bit, but that's easy-peasy for a brilliant engineer like myself."
To beat him you must get 6,870 points in Biscuit Brigade: Hagan's Last Stand.
Prize is Iced Nerkmid Biscuit for the 500 winners.

The Faeries Ruin Plot - Part 2: Nox's Lock
The second part of the Faeries Ruin Plot is a set of tasks released with Chapter 4. In this part of the plot you have to make three pegs move through colored doors to get the key and then escape from Castle Nox. This is kind of hard to get used to how it works. I suggest looking at this guide on a Neopets pet page for help.
Task 1: We All Scream - Everyone loves an ice-cold bowl of Chintzy Mynci... even Hubrid Nox.
To complete this task you have to get all the pegs joined together (they join when they meet on the same space) and then move them to the ice cream square. This achievement does not show up until you then escape the castle.
Task 2: Fort Nox - There's gold in them thar halls!
This one is received when you complete a random sequence of knobs when moving around on the basement level. Just keep trying different moves and it will pop up at the top of the screen when you are successful.
Task 3: And One For All - "After you." "No, after you." "No, I insist! After you."
This achievement is received when you escape from Castle Nox with all the pegs united together. This is easy to get at the same time as you get the ice cream one.
