To beat him you must get 6,870 points in Biscuit Brigade: Hagan's Last Stand.
Prize is Iced Nerkmid Biscuit for the 500 winners. Additionally, you get a Gold Trophy and 20,000 Neopoints if you are one of the first 10, Silver Trophy and 10,000 Neopoints if you are between the 11th and 50th, and a Bronze Trophy and 3,000 Neopoints if you are between 51st and 500th.

dont increase range for rockets
start with a rocket near base,
then, near the box, add block until there is only one square left for them to go through,
finally, add slow towers, rockets, and near the add a poison, all surrounding the small opening.
Delete towers near the end to gain bonus points
